Training course "Digital Leaning Tools and Platforms"

A series of online workshops "Student-oriented digital learning practices" was held with leading trainers of the Erasmus+ Bringing Opportunities and Organizational Success To Small Local Universities in Ukraine (BOOST) project.

Participants of the course “Digital learning tools and platforms” (SVNC.TK.342) presented fragments of microteaching on the use of digital tools in student-centered learning.

Each participant had an opportunity to be both a "teacher" who uses digital technologies and platforms, and a "student" who works with digital online tools. Representatives from Ukrainian universities shared their experience of using modern digital platforms in the process of teaching natural, humanitarian, socio-political and technical disciplines. The following topics were discussed:

- implementation of digital educational tools and platforms in the nearest future;

- challenges and needs related to digital technologies’ implementation in the educational process of higher educational institutions;

- relationship between digitization of the educational process and student-centered approach.

These workshops is a unique opportunity for all of us to reflect on the knowledge and skills acquired and to get a constructive feedback from lecturers and colleagues!
