Meeting on the implementation of Work Packages 1-6

This Friday, September 6, 2024, all managers and participants of the BOOST project gathered together to discuss the implementation of Work Packages 1-6.

📊 The team reflected on the progress made so far, identified areas for improvement, and developed strategies to finalize all Work Packages for smooth project management throughout this term.
